INGREDIENTS
cup of coconut cream
1/2 CUP OF
COCONUT CREAM
cup of pineapple pieces
2 1/2 CUPS OF
FROZEN
PINEAPPLE
jug of infusions
2 CUPS OF
INFUSIONS
cups of frozen mango
2 CUPS OF
FROZEN
MANGO
vodka
1 NIP OF
WHITE RUM
cup of pineapple pieces
PINEAPPLE WEDGE
AND STRAW TO
GARNISH
METHOD

Add 2 cups of frozen mango & 2 1/2 cups of frozen pineapple to a blender (these can be substituted for fresh fruit & ice).

Add 2 cups of Mango Ginger & Lemongrass Infusions.

Add ½ a cup of coconut cream.

Add 1 nip of white rum (optional).

Blend the mixture until fully blended.

Pour into a glass.

Add a pineapple wedge and straw to garnish.

Enjoy!
