Chill wine or add ice to a glass.
Pour wine.
Add lime garnish (optional).

Passionfruit Martini

*Serves 2*

Chill glass with ice- set aside
In a glass/shaker- add 1 cup of Mango Elderflower & Passionfruit Infusions
Add 100ml apple juice
2x TBSP’s of fresh lemon juice
Squeeze in ¼ of a lime wedge
Strain 6x passion-fruits into the cocktail mix with a colander
1x nip of vodka (optional)
Stir/mix
Empty ice from glass
Pour and add passionfruit garnish

Mango & Passionfruit Mojito

*Serves 1*

Pour in 1 cup of Mango Elderflower & Passionfruit Infusions with a squeeze of ¼ of a lime
Add 1 nip of Vodka (optional)
Stir in 5-10 leaves of mint
Pour In 1 TBSP of canned passionfruit pulp
Stir/Mix
Add straw with lime & mint garnish

Enjoy!

Frozen Passionfruit Martini

*Serves 2*

n a blender add 2-3x cups of frozen mango.
Add 2 cups of Mango Elderflower & Passionfruit Infusions.
1x nip of vodka (optional).
2 TBSP of canned passionfruit pulp.
Passionfruit & mint garnish.

A Natural Creation

A collaboration between Warburn Estate’s experienced winemakers and Australia’s leading flavourists, we have created four on trend wine-based products. All four fruit flavoured wines are enjoyed in various ways- on it’s own chilled, with a squeeze of lime for extra refreshment, garnished with fruit of apart of a cocktail mix.

These wines can be enjoyed by the pool, at a BBQ or at the beach. Simply add any twist to your favourite flavour!

SweetLips Infusions are extracted from natural plants and fruits with no artificial colours or flavours. Lower in alcohol with a light spritz, together these natural flavours create a combination of crisp acidity and moderate sweetness.
